Wedding Math is designed to be privacy-friendly. You do not need an account to use any calculator, and we do not ask for personal information to show you results.
Calculator inputs
The values you type into a calculator are processed entirely in your browser to compute results. To make results shareable, those values are also stored in the page URL (the web address). If you share that link, anyone with it can see those values. We do not store your calculator inputs on a server.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which calculators are used and how the site performs, so we can improve it. Analytics only loads if you accept it in the cookie banner; until then it runs in a consent-denied mode that does not set analytics cookies. We send aggregate, non-identifying events (for example, which calculator was opened, or whether a result included a warning) and deliberately do not send the budget, guest counts, or other figures you enter.
The “email me my results” feature is not yet active and currently sends nothing. If we launch it, we will only use an email you provide to send what you request, and every marketing message will include an unsubscribe link.
Cookies & your choices
The only non-essential cookies are those set by Google Analytics after you consent. You can decline analytics in the banner, and you can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Because we don't maintain accounts or store your inputs, we hold very little about you; analytics data is managed through Google. Contact us with any request.
